15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge
7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charge

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the cancellation charges are deducted.
No refund for partially utilised services or missed sightseeing.
Bank transfer refund may take 5–7 working days after approval.

Carry a valid Aadhaar Card / Voter ID for Nepal entry.
PAN Card is not accepted at the Nepal border.
Foreign nationals must carry a passport & visa.
Vehicle AC may be turned off in hilly areas for safety.
