Musafircab Pvt. Ltd. is a leading travel company based in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, with an operational office in Kathmandu, Nepal. We specialize in organizing customized and group tours across India and Nepal, proudly operating 80% of Nepal tours from cities like Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Patna, Lucknow, Ayodhya, and more.

By using our services or booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

• Advance booking and confirmation with minimum deposit is mandatory.
• Final confirmation is shared via WhatsApp or email after payment.
• Full payment to be made before trip commencement unless otherwise agreed.

• Full refund (minus charges) if cancelled 15+ days prior.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–14 days prior.
• No refund for cancellations within 6 days or no-shows.
• Refunds processed within 7–10 working days.

Any changes to itinerary or dates must be requested in writing and may incur additional costs.

Travelers must carry valid documents like passport, ID proof, permits, and visa (if applicable). We help with Nepal border permits but are not liable for issues due to incomplete documentation.

• We are not liable for delays or issues due to natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks, or third-party errors.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid to us.
• Travelers are responsible for their belongings and conduct.

• All vehicles are commercially licensed and driven by trained professionals.
• Driver duty timing: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM (flexible with extra charge).
• Route, music, and seating adjustments are subject to safety protocols.

Travelers must behave respectfully with drivers, staff, and fellow passengers. Misconduct may lead to immediate termination of service without refund.

Musafircab does not provide insurance. We recommend you obtain personal travel insurance covering health, accidents, and baggage.

All legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh courts.
