No refund once the tour has started or due to natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or beyond control situations. However, Musafircab will assist with alternative arrangements.
Travelers must carry valid ID proof, passport, visa (if applicable), and permits. Musafircab assists with Nepal border permits but will not be liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documents.
Musafircab is not liable for delays or disruptions due to natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or third-party issues. Liability is limited strictly to the total amount paid to Musafircab Pvt. Ltd. Travelers are responsible for their belongings and personal conduct.
Travelers must behave respectfully with drivers, staff, and fellow passengers. Misconduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Musafircab does not provide travel insurance. Travelers are advised to arrange personal travel insurance covering health, accidents, and baggage.
All legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh courts.
