About Us

Musafircab Pvt. Ltd. is a leading travel company based in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, with an operational office in Kathmandu, Nepal. We organize customized, family, corporate, pilgrimage, and group tours across India & Nepal, proudly operating 80% of Nepal tours from Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Patna, Lucknow, Ayodhya, and nearby cities.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any service of Musafircab Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • Advance booking with a minimum deposit is mandatory.
  • Final confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Remaining balance must be paid before trip commencement.
  • Part payment during the trip is allowed only with prior approval.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

0 – 7 Days 100% of Total Package – No Refund
7 – 15 Days 30% of Total Package ?25,000 Whichever is Higher
15 – 20 Days 20% of Total Package ?18,000 Whichever is Higher
20 – 30 Days 20% of Total Package ?10,000 Whichever is Higher
More than 30 Days 10% of Total Package ?5,000 Whichever is Higher

Refund Mode

Refunds are processed through the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer / Credit-Debit Card / Wallet). Processing Time: 5–7 working days.

Amendment Policy

  • All amendments must be requested in writing.
  • Changes may incur additional charges based on availability.

Travel Documents & Permits

Travelers must carry valid ID proof, passport, visa (if applicable), and required permits. Musafircab helps with Nepal border permits but is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect documents.

Liability Disclaimer

Musafircab is not liable for disruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political strikes
  • Third-party service failures
  • Roadblocks or weather conditions

Liability is limited to the total amount paid to Musafircab Pvt. Ltd.

Vehicle & Driver Policy

  • Vehicles are commercially licensed & driven by trained professionals.
  • Driver duty hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
  • Routes & seating depend on road and safety guidelines.

Code of Conduct

Travelers must behave respectfully with drivers, staff, and co-passengers. Misconduct may lead to cancellation of services without refund.

Insurance

Musafircab does not provide travel insurance. Travelers should arrange their own health, accident, and baggage insurance.

Jurisdiction

All legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
