Start your day with a toothsome breakfast and get ready for a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Today you will be visiting the Jal Narayan temple, which houses the deity of the Reclining Lord Vishnu made of Black Stone. Visit Bhaktapur, also known as the city of temples, and visit famous temples and historic sites like the Bhaktapur Durbar, Shyambhunath Temple, and a few other places. After the tour, head back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Pokhara (210 km, 6/7 hrs). En route, we visit Manakamana Temple by Cable Car (optional). After Puja and Darshan, continue the drive to Pokhara. Arrive in Pokhara. Transfer to the Hotel. The rest of the day is free for a stroll around the Lakeside area. Dinner and Overnight are at the Hotel in Pokhara.
Manakamana Temple
Named the Manakamana Devi temple after the incarnation of Bhagawati, who grants the wishes of pilgrims of the deepest, purest heart, according to the Hindu tradition. The temple rests on a 1300-meter hill, west of the city of Kathmandu. Like many other hilltop temples, Manakamana Temple also overlooks the Marshyangdi and Trishuli rivers.
Enjoy a hearty breakfast and set out to explore the famous attractions of Pokhara, a famous tourist hub of Nepal. Today you will be visiting Devi’s fall, Gupteshwar temple, Bindhyabasini temple, Seti River, Mahendra cave, Bat cave, and Barahi Temple. In the evening, you can shop in the famous market in the town. After the tour, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
This morning you will go on an excursion to Sarangkot. Sarangkot is the most popular tourist destination from where tourists can enjoy the great view of the Pokhara Valley and the magnificent view of the mountains. Breakfast is at the Hotel. Free till departure time. Later on, drive to Kathmandu International Airport in the evening for the onward destination. If you have an early morning flight, then we can change and stay a night earlier in Kathmandu
