Balance payment must be completed before the start of the trip or at the time of cab pickup (as discussed with the travel executive).

For the trip, the cancellation charge would be 7% of the total amount.
If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns”, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days
