• A booking confirmation requires a 20% advance payment of the total tour cost.

• Any additional expenses, such as entry tickets, parking fees, toll taxes, or personal expenses, are to be borne by the traveler unless mentioned in the package.
• Vehicle usage is strictly as per the itinerary; extra usage beyond scheduled hours or kilometers will be chargeable.
• The company reserves the right to change hotels, vehicles, or itinerary due to operational or unavoidable circumstances,s with similar alternatives.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will incur a 10% deduction of the total booking amount.
• If the cancellation is done between 15 and 29 days before the travel date, a 25% cancellation fee will be applicable.
• For cancellations between 7 and 14 days before departure, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the journey will result in a 100% cancellation charge with no refund.

Refund Policy:

• Eligible refunds will be processed only after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed activities, or unvisited sightseeing points.
• Approved refunds will be credited via bank transfer within 5–7 working days after confirmation.

• Refund requests will be considered only after receiving a formal cancellation request from the customer.
• Any applicable bank or transaction charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
