  1. St John's Church  
St. John's Church was founded in 1819 by Chaplin Reverend Henry Fisher, for the East India Company in the cantonment area. The construction of the church was completed in 1822. The church was built in neo- colonial style of architecture .It is regarded as one of the oldest churches in North India. The Church was dedicated to the people by Bishop Wilson.   2. Augarnath Mandir   
Augarnath Mandir or Baba Augarnath Mandir is locally known as Kalipaltan Mandir is is located at the site where the soldiers of the war of 1857 planned their operations. The temple has a memorial, built in honour of the martyrs of the Revolt of 1857. The Augharnath Mandir has played a distinctive role during the struggle for freedom and more particularly, the Sepoy Mutiny of 1857. During the British rule, the Indian army was called ‘Kali Paltan’ (black army). Due to its proximity to the army barrack, it came to be known as the ‘Kali Paltan Mandir.' The presiding deity of the temple emerged on its own. Local tales reveal that the ‘Shiva-linga’ gracing the temple appeared on its own. This is a miracle that has been attracting devotees of Lord Shiva ever since its inception. The old temple has been replaced by a modern version.

Jain Temple is considered as the holiest place on earth by Jains. It is located on the bank of river Ganga. It is believed that it is a birth place of three Jain Tirthankars. There are many ancient Jain temples in Hastinapur. Shri Digamber Jain Mandir, Jambudweep, Kailash Parvat rachna, Shwetambar Jain Temple are the main and famous temples in Hastinapur. Apart from Jain temples, Pandeshwar temple, Historical Gurdwara and Hastinapur Sanctuary are worth being seen.
 
  4. Suraj Kund  
Suraj Kund was constructed by a businessman, Lawar Jahawar Lal, in 1714. Initially, the pond was filled with the water of Abu Nala and later, it was filled with the water of Ganga Canal. Suraj Kund is surrounded by many ancient temples, including the famous Baba Manohar Nath Temple,which was built during theMughal period. It is also believed that there are a total of five ponds in India out of which Suraj kund of Meerut is the biggest one.
